Pork in Garlic, Soy and Moroccan Seasoning

I’ve been busy with dinner – I decided to make a marinated pork fillet. Here is the recipe:
2 pieces pork fillet, cut into chunks (I used a locally sourced free-range fillet from Extraordinary Pork in Dubbo)
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
A sprinkle of Moroccan Seasoning
A splash of canola oil
1. Cut the pork fillet into chunks and throw into a bowl
2. Add the garlic, soy sauce, seasoning and oil
3. Stir till well combined
4. Place into the fridge for at least 8 hours – overnight if possible. This allows the flavours to infuse
5. Heat a large frying pan on high and add the meat
6. Turn the heat down to low and cook slowly until cooked
7. Serve with baked potatoes and microwave vegetables
